1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message after placing your order.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 4–7 working days

  • Remote or interior areas: 6–9 working days

Delays may occur due to weather, courier workload, or unforeseen logistic issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹80 (based on location and weight)

  • Free Shipping may be offered during special promotions.

Exact charges will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link (via SMS/Email/WhatsApp)

You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the shipment returns due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

  • Phone number unreachable

Then:

  • Reshipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges.

6. Damaged / Missing Items During Delivery

If you receive a damaged parcel:

  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist with replacement or resolution.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.
